Linkedin Api Agreement

I need access to the LinkedIn profile API. As you can read here, docs.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/shared/integrations/people/profile-api. However, there is nothing about how to be approved by LinkedId. I found this developer.linkedin.com/partner-programs/apply but it`s also not clear which program I should apply for. If you have entered into a separate advertising agreement with LinkedIn, with terms that also cover topics covered by this advertising agreement, those separate terms apply to that purpose, but that advertising agreement (including advertising policies and terms applicable to optional features) applies to any additional topics (e.g..B. conversion tracking, demography of the website, concordant target groups and gene forms). Otherwise, this Advertising Agreement (including advertising policies and conditions applicable to optional features) applies to all use of the Advertising Services. If you access or use the Advertising Services on behalf of a company or third party, you represent and warrant that you are entitled to do so and that you bind that company or third party to this Advertising Agreement, and your consent to this Advertising Agreement will be treated as their respective agreement. In this case, LinkedIn may blame you for any violation of this advertising agreement by that company or third party, and “you,” “your” and “party” also refer to that company or third parties. You are responsible for the collection, disclosure, use and security of data transmitted to you through Lead Gen Forms (“Form Data”) and you agree that you will provide sufficient notices and choices under applicable law and that you will have permission to do so.

Without limiting the foregoing, you must insert a link to your privacy policy in each Lead Gen form. All personalized questions contained in your gen form must not contain requests for sensitive data, including racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, health information, sexual orientation, criminal records, extracts, logins and passwords issued by the government, financial information, and information about minors or students. LinkedIn has the right to opt out of any personalized questions at its discretion. Form data is usually available on LinkedIn or to an authorized third party for 90 days, and you or such third party is responsible for immediately obtaining and saving a copy of the form data on your behalf.. . .
